Primer Express is our premium Gene Synthesis and Primers/Probes Synthesis service which leaves everr fourthnightly. Since its inception just more than a year ago our Primer Express have become a common name amongst the scientists in Pakistan. To book your orders please send completed Excel Sheets to our Primer Express Administrator at primerexpress@penicon.com.
Penicon can provide back-up services for all instruments it sells. It is our policy to provide the standard OEM (original equipment manufacturer) support to the customer locally and for this perpose we have invested heavily by sending our engineers and product support staff to the parent companies for professional training. We encourage our customers to sign instrument maintenance contracts with us. Typically we have three categories of instrument maintenance contracts: A- Basic - One routine and one emergency visit per annum B- Gold - Two visits for preventative maintenance per annum + 2 Emergency Visits C- Platinum - Two visits for preventative maintenance per annum + 4 Emergency Visits Pls. note that due to geographical constraints our engineer may sometimes reach you within 48 hours. However in most cases you will be catered to in the shortest possible time. Please ask for a quotation for maintenance contract from our qualified service representative at service@penicon.com In addition to our Principal Product Line such as Biolog, Transgenomics, Affymetrix, Omni Inc. instruments our customers have been benefiting from our expertise in following categories of Analytical and Life Sciences instrumentation. However due to propritary rights of certain OEM manufacturers and their local agents we do not always guarantee availability of spare parts.
